Best experience at a dentistry office I’ve ever had. Cleaning was fast and efficient and the staff were courteous, friendly, and informative. Highly recommend.

Read More About Us About UsHere at Palouse UDental, you can expect high quality of care, attention to detail, and a team that values you as an individual patient. And I’m confident that you can expect excellent dentistry and superior patient experience. I think the thing that sets us apart from other offices in the area are the level of technology that we have here to provide superior diagnostic and clinical care.
And also the attention to detail that we provide when it comes to procedures and patient care. This has been a legacy practice, a practice that’s been in the area for over 40 years. There’s a lot of established patients here that have been here decades and decades, and it’s been really fun for me as a new provider to come in and meet those patients and kind of get connected to the history of the practice.
The practice has been very successful and has built a really strong culture over the last few decades of that patient experience, of that patient touch, and making sure that as a team we’re paying attention to those little details. It’s my intention and it’s my desire as a team that we continue that legacy. I’ve always been conscious of my teeth, my front teeth.
And people commented on them at different places. Like if you’re in a restaurant that has different kind of lighting, they would kind of fluoresce. So when we decided to do the implants and when we decided to do the veneers, I really wanted something that looked natural, and that’s what I feel this does.
It feels very natural. I think that they look appropriate, and I think people notice my smile. They don’t notice my teeth.
I don’t know if you’ve ever had a crown anywhere else where it’s usually they do some work, and then you get this like temporary thing, and then it can be weeks that you have to have that on and then come back. That is kind of like the standard of care, I think. A lot of people that I know that don’t come here and have that option to do a same day, very, very normal to have to get a crown, temporary, come back a few weeks.
To be able to do it all in one day, and pretty quickly, too. It’s not like you’re sitting around waiting for hours, waiting for the urn to cook it or anything like that. It’s pretty quick turnaround time.
And for somebody like me, too, again, with that dental anxiety, just to be able to come in one appointment and get it all done, absolutely huge. I don’t have to worry about coming back, doing another appointment, having anxiety about that or getting numb again. I’m terrified of the dentist since childhood.
I’ve had some poor experiences. And so to have one that I can trust and means everything. It means I’ll come back and make sure that I take care of my teeth.
They listen to my concerns, both in advance, throughout, and after, as I see that more work needs to be done or we continue to find, as they’re updating my records, they find new concerns. That’s been really wonderful, also ensuring that if I need to have quiet music going that’s calming me in the background, they’re like, hey, is your music on? Do you feel good? Everything, as long as we go along. I would just say, if you’re looking for a practice with an incredibly friendly staff, really great scheduling and the ability to work your appointment schedule according to your work and personal life schedule.
And then a dentist who just really makes you feel welcome and like he’s interested in giving you the best outcomes. I would say this is a great practice to look at. I like coming to this practice because, I guess the way I like to think about it is that there are some fundamentals about this practice that are incredibly important to me.
And they start with this service that this organization provides, that this office provides. So, incredible competence and incredible kindness, that’s the way I think about it. And if those two ingredients aren’t together, then I’m not interested in being here.
But in this office, they are the standard. And so, that’s what keeps me coming back.
It’s easier to answer this question when you come in for a consultation. No two patients are alike! Luckily, you’ll discover implant options for patients missing one tooth or all of their teeth. For implants, you’ll need a strong enough jaw to support them. However, you can get procedures to restore your jaw, if needed. Schedule a consultation today find out if you are a good candidate for implants.
After your procedure, we’ll give you aftercare instructions that protect your implants. You’ll want to follow our instructions in order to encourage healing. Once your mouth has fully healed, you’ll need to maintain good oral care habits, just like you would for regular teeth. That means brushing twice a day and flossing at least once. You’ll also want to visit us regularly for checkups, so we can monitor the condition of your implants.
Absolutely! We invite you to schedule appointments for your loved ones. Although we specialize in dental implants, we welcome patients in all stages of life. We offer general dental care, cosmetic services, restorative care, and more for your family’s needs. If any damage happens to their smile, you have an expert team on hand that can help!
